From account to connection

VPNRL Setup Guide

Follow the steps in order: create an account, choose a plan, get your subscription, import it into a client, and verify your connection. Each step focuses on what to do next.

Start · Account

Sign up and open your dashboard

Start at the dashboard sign-up page. Follow the prompts to choose a username and password, check your details, and submit. VPNRL doesn’t require an email address to create an account. Keep your login details handy: you’ll use the same dashboard to view your plan, get your subscription, and manage connections. If you aren’t taken straight to your account after signing up, use the login link in the navigation and enter the username and password you just set.

Once you’re in the dashboard, locate the account overview, plans, and downloads sections. There’s no need to enter server details on your device yet: your subscription link belongs to your account and becomes available in the dashboard after your plan is active. Handling account setup, payment, and client configuration as separate steps makes it easier to spot where something went wrong. If the sign-up form hasn’t been submitted yet, follow the prompts on the current page to correct your details; there’s no need to look for a client first.

Save the dashboard as a browser bookmark. When switching devices, updating your subscription, or checking your plan status, return to the dashboard rather than relying on an old link in a chat. Once your account is ready, choose a plan that fits your usage.

Next · Usage

How to choose and order a plan

Compare the available options in the plans section of the dashboard and choose based on how you’ll use the service. If you browse, work, or stream regularly each month, consider a monthly plan: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets each month on your activation date. For less frequent use, consider a data package; it stays valid until used and never expires. Don’t choose based on unit price alone—consider whether your usage is concentrated or you need a connection throughout the month.

Once you’ve chosen an option, check the plan name, price, and data allowance in the dashboard before continuing to checkout. Use one of the payment methods actually listed on the checkout page; VPNRL supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. After paying, return to the dashboard’s order details or account overview and confirm the plan is active before importing your subscription. If the payment page is complete but your overview hasn’t updated, refresh the account page and check your order history. Don’t place duplicate orders just to test the status.

VPNRL offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. If you’re still comparing data packages and monthly plans, review the usage details on the plans and pricing page before returning to the dashboard to place your order. Once your plan is active, you can get your subscription link from your account.

Then · Subscription

Get your subscription from the dashboard

Sign in and open your account overview. Confirm your plan is active, then find the section for subscriptions or imports. A subscription link is an address that lets a client load your server configuration; it isn’t a webpage to open in your browser or an installation file. Use the dashboard’s copy option to copy the link associated with your account. Don’t edit the ending or share the link publicly in a forum post or screenshot.

If the page shows import instructions for different clients, follow the ones for your device. Some clients can be opened from the dashboard to start an import; others require you to choose “Import from link” in the client and paste the address. Either way, the client loads the server list associated with your account. If the link is rejected as invalid, copy it again from the dashboard and check for extra spaces or missing characters instead of editing it yourself.

If you can’t find the subscription section, check that you’re signed in to the account used to place the order and confirm your plan status. The account dashboard is where you get and manage your subscription; this guide doesn’t provide a public subscription link. Once you have the link, get the right client for your device.

Device · Client

Get the right client for your device

Go to the downloads section of the dashboard, choose your operating system, and get the client using the instructions provided. VPNRL supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Installation and permission prompts vary by system, so follow the instructions on your device. Getting the client and getting your subscription are separate steps: install and open the client first, then give it the subscription link you copied from the dashboard.

If you’re using a work-managed computer, installing an app may require approval from your device administrator. Check your installation permissions first; don’t mistake the subscription link for an installer and keep trying to open it. On mobile devices, the first time you open a client, the operating system may ask for permission to create a network connection. Make sure you’re using the client provided through the dashboard instructions, then follow the system prompts. Continue only once the client is installed and you can see its configuration or subscription settings.

This guide covers the basic steps for your first connection. For Linux-specific import instructions, configuration maintenance, and advanced options, see the complete user guide. The next sections show where to find the import options on common desktop and mobile platforms.

Device · Configuration

Import your subscription on each platform

Before you start, check that the client is installed and open, and that you’ve copied the subscription link from your account overview. After import, you should see servers or locations to choose from—not just text in an input field. If the client has an “Update subscription” or “Refresh configuration” option, use it after importing to load the server list.

Windows

Download and open the Windows client from the dashboard. In the client, look for “Subscription management,” “Configuration,” or an option to add a configuration. Choose import from link, paste the subscription copied from the dashboard, and save. Return to the main screen and update the subscription; make sure server locations or names appear. Check that the list has loaded before choosing a server. Installing the client alone doesn’t load your account’s servers.

macOS

Get the client from the macOS section of the dashboard and open it after installation. Find the configuration or subscription settings, choose to add a link, paste the subscription from your account overview, and confirm. Some clients show the server list in a menu bar menu. After importing, open the menu to confirm the list appears, then choose a location. If macOS asks for permission to configure the network when you connect for the first time, follow the system prompts.

Android

Choose the Android client in the dashboard, install it as instructed, and open it. Go to the app’s configuration or subscription settings and paste your subscription using an option such as “Add” or “Import from link.” Wait for the server list to update. You should then be able to choose an imported server location from the app’s main screen. When you connect for the first time, the system may ask for permission to create a network connection. Confirm the app and configuration are the ones you just set up, then follow the prompts.

iOS

Find the iOS client instructions in the dashboard and install the app as directed. Open it and look for an option to add a configuration, manage subscriptions, or import from a link. Paste the subscription copied from your account overview, save it, and refresh the list. If the dashboard offers a direct import option for that client, you can follow those instructions instead; either way, confirm the servers appear in the app. When the system asks for permission to configure the network, review the prompt on your device and proceed.

If import fails on any platform, start with the same check: copy the subscription again from your account overview, remove the failed entry in the client, paste the full link, and refresh the list. If it’s still empty, check your plan status and the device’s network connection. Don’t guess at the format or edit the link to make it work in another client. If you can’t find the right option, see the frequently asked questions.

Finally · Verify

Connect to a server and check the result

Once the server list appears, choose a location that suits the service you want to use. For location-specific content, choose a server in the relevant region; for everyday browsing, start with a nearby location. Turn on the client’s connection and wait for its status to show connected, then open the website or app you want to use. Check both that the client says it’s connected and that the service works: the first confirms the client connected, while the second confirms the server suits your needs.

If the client stays stuck on “Connecting,” try another server in the same region or switch to a location better suited to your needs. If it shows connected but the service still isn’t available, close and reopen the app to make sure it’s using the new connection. Then check the selected mode and server in the client. Don’t assume that every problem is caused by your subscription just because a website won’t load. Your device’s network, client settings, and the service’s regional requirements can all affect the result.

Once the connection is verified, note the working location and client mode so you can start with those settings next time. If you still can’t connect, the subscription won’t update, or only certain services have problems, find the relevant troubleshooting steps in support and FAQs. This page doesn’t cover every protocol or routing setting.

Afterward · Maintenance

Everyday use and ongoing maintenance

Once connected, everyday use is simple: open the client, check that your subscription list is available, choose a server, and connect. If a server doesn’t work well with a particular service, try another in the same region before switching locations. There’s no need to create another account or place another order. If you haven’t used the client in a while, update the server list before deciding whether your saved configuration is still suitable. Check plan status, remaining data, and orders in the dashboard. Monthly plan data resets on your activation date each month; data packages remain valid until used and never expire.

To use another device, get the right client through the dashboard on that device, then copy your subscription from your account overview and follow the platform’s import steps. VPNRL allows unlimited simultaneous connections, but you still need to import the configuration correctly on each device; connecting on your original device isn’t enough. After importing, check the server list and connection status on each device to help distinguish device setup issues from server issues.

This tutorial ends with connection verification: the basic setup is complete once your plan is active, the client has loaded your subscription, and the service you want to use is accessible.
